Iframe question

I have a menu on the left side and a content field in the middle.

I want to link the menu buttons to a iframein the middle. So it works like normal frames. So when i click on etc: links. Links opens in the iframe on the center of the screen and the menu and header stays the same. I know how to make iframes.

But how do i link the menu buttons to that iframe in the center?

Okey.. not much response.

Is there any other way to keep the menu and header but change the main content without screwing up the design with normal frames?

I still need the function to link from menu to main content..


The reason i want this is my page will change in menu and header menu(menu under the header) often. So i can`t just save as and change content. Then i have to change all the pages with the updates.

What is the best selution here?
