my page is so big it's 7mb is there anyway i can get it to load in parts as the page is how i want it or will i have to start again

Hard to say what to do without having a look at it...

I would try and seperate it into seperate pages containing seperate categories

Get some image optimiser & crunch your images & usually the change is NOT noticeable. Search for "JPEG image optimiser", etc. Use some trial software, if you aren't willing to pay.
