How would you build an easily updatable menu?

Hi everyone!

There seems to be a lot of different ways to do this... What's the best way?

Problem: A fish market's has a menu that changes daily.
An employee needs an easy & user-friendly way to update the current fish, and prices, to the online menu every day. Customer's could then select items they want for pick up or delivery. How would you go about building that webpage?

Sounds good. What if they want the customer to be able to select it for store pick up or delivery?
