Hey Guys,

I couldn't find the correct spot for this, so i put it here.

OK, my question is, how do you make on a webpage you click on say Step 5, and it goes down the page to where step 5 is, how do you get a web page to do that???

by clicking on the first link it will position you at the link tag with the ID place1. It is usually known as a Bookmark or an Anchor.
