How is this background made?

The site above has a drop-shadowed background. How is this done? Is it a repeated BG image, or is their some code that creates this effect?

Are you refering to the shadow around the edge of the site box in turn "resting" on top of the light blue background?

If so, then CSS placement of a prebuilt rounded box graphic which itself had this drop shadow effect originally applied to it.

Usually the whole panel with the drop shadow is done in a graphics app, then sliced maybe in 3 horizontally. The Header, the footer are the larger parts, then the body part might be real narrow but repeated!
