how do i create an online order form?

hi there,

i am a graphic designer just trying to branch out into web design. i have created a few websites using dreamweaver and flash but know only the basics and nothing of HTML.

i have a client who wants a website with an online order form similar to the one in the following website:

http://www.allmead.co.uk/skiphirebristol/

but i have no idea where to start. If anyone could point me in the right direction i would be very grateful!
Also they have expressed an interest in being about to take payment online and once again i have no idea.

I only went through one step of the website you linked, but it looks like a form mailer, Where someone fills out the form and it emails some recipients. One of the most popular form mailer scripts is http://www.scriptarchive.com/formmail.html. I sometimes use this online generator to create forms when I'm in a rush, http://phpformgen.sourceforge.net/

Yup, pretty much just a simple php contact form. google will be able to help you out with that.

Php or asp can do that! Try php or asp builder to generate an php/asp site with online order form.

i'd look into writing your own php using the mail() function. it's pretty easy and is good to learn how it works.
