Hollowpoint new design... opinions please

I'm interested to know what you all think of my new website. I still have my old site online at www.hollowpoint.net.au but I am curious as to whether most people prefer the old one, or the new one.

Simply put, I like the old one better. Just don't like the water ripple background in the new one.
