help with CMS

HI all,
I hope someone can help me with this. I'm using CMS Made Simple. Ive been posting for help on their forum but can't seem to get any help.

the issue is that there is too much space below the header image. Is someone able to see why this is or how to fix it? Here's a link to my site: http://6e4c350c.c28.servage.net/

I'm not seeing any images or css loading? Is this a dead link? Please post a current url for help.

That is the problem with opensource - you are often left to your own devices when it comes to support. Not like an out of the box CMS from a website design company who can support it.
