I created a website and the content runs off the page and then when you click on it it goes where you want it to be. But it only happens in explorer and safari and only on some computers. One mine it is fine but on a friends it shows up with only 1/2 the text until you clikc on it and it moves up. Can someone take a look and see if you can help me?

Looks fine to me too, with IE 8, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. One suggestion, if you move the doc's name to the top of the box, more content would be visible without having to scroll down. And CSS font styles should be used instead of the <font> tag.

step one. punch the person in the head that told you to use slice for web/table layout
step two. punch them again.
step three. start over, use css, dont rely so heavily on imagery, optimise, but dont over optimise - if I can see artifacts - you've gone too far.

Yep slicing is a thing of the past, just like casette tapes.
With the advancements in css(3) and image sprites, you should not be loading too many images. The lighter the better the UX (user experience)
