Header Text is Off when Viewed in IE

Today, I've been editing http://www.strongfamilies.us/suddencomp.php. When I completed the edits, I noticed that the newsletter text in the header overlaps the name and email fields when viewed in Internet Explorer. This appears to be the only browser that is experiencing this issue. Does anyone know how I can correct this issue? Thanks.

First off, scrap the tables. Second, If you're going to float the text, you'll have to float the input field as well so they sit next to each other. Finally, IIRC, the issue before was that they just needed a little more space, so expand the width a little.
