Hi guys

I was googling this morning for a website and the top hit underneat the sitemap has some new option I've never seen before .. please have a look at the screenshot. anyone has an idea what it is and how to get it for your website ?

and second question - what are the criteria for having your sitemap displayed in search results ? is it just that you're first ?

Not seen that much detail in a listing before. From my understanding you have to have more than 4/5 of the top positions for a keyword to get the additional links under the meta description. It happens automatically.
