Full Page Zoom Problems

I'm working on a website and I can't figure out why, but when you zoom in on the page the top logo cell and the bottom copyright cell are cut off. Luckily the main cell content of the page remains and the navigation remains, but the design gets really messed up. It only messes up when you zoom in. If you zoom in and then refresh everything looks fine and is definitely larger. The site is basically a 1 celled table with a 3x3 table inside which contains the site layout images as cell backgrounds. Any help would be great!

I found the solution. I figured it had to be a syntax error so I was searching the code and I realized what I had done. To save time, rather than typing <tr><td height="60"></td></tr>, I typed <tr height="60"></tr> because I thought it worked the same which it does until the page is resized. When you zoom in or zoom out the cells with this tag are either cancelled out or shrunken. Never cut corners kids, it'll come back to bite you!
