Freelancer site help

Could someone pls help with freelancer sites like getafreelancer.com and project4hire.com.

1. Should quotes include domain and hosting.
2. Are there better freelance sites than these two.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Quotes may or may not include domain and hosting. If you're offering, I say you should not include domain and hosting, because they may have a host preference that costs more or less than the one you were planning to go with. You could say +cost of domain and host, so they will pay you and you take care of it for the sake of simplicity.
Plus, if you don't include domain and hosting, the price seems cheaper

i used to merely provide consulting services in regards to hosting and domain registration. i am sure it save me from several head aches over the years by not being the middle man between the client and a host/registar of their choosing. i don't like getting involved with companies that i have no associations with what so ever, their are just to many things that can go wrong. if i want to make a bad name for myself, i can do it on my own just fine without the help of another company, if you catch my drift.
