It looks fine. However, in order to generate more traffic and also build up reputation, I would suggest you let people download the cliparts / graphics without creating an account.
Once you have enough traffic, then you can make people do some extra work (register / login) before downloading!

I agree with Ahk, I don't really think you should need to sign up for something as accessible as clipart, unless people know what your images are like and/or have been allowed a sample or two. The design is okay though, a little bland and gray but it works fine for your purpose! I would prefer that there was an 'R' in the Roostr logo. Even though there's a rooster there!
