Now I'm trying to make a come back and I noticed a lot has changed over the years. So basically I'm updating my knowledge base,
In a nutshell, I envision my first page to have a black background with an image fading in and out. My question is, should I develop this style through Flash or something else (like JavaScript/DHTML)? I've read here and there that Flash is no longer as popular as it is to be and may even cease support. Any feedback is appreciated.
