Finding a website posted here about a year ago

About a year ago, there was a link to a really nice website posted here by someone who was looking to know how it was programmed. It had an extremely unique and unconventional design where the entire site panned in 2 dimensions like Google maps. I think it had a white background and was for the most part a single webpage. I have never seen any other site like it on the Web.

Does anyone have the link to it?

I was not the one who posted it. I only remember seeing it on another post and was hoping someone had it by memory or has seen something like it based on the description I gave.
