Fancybox conflicting with Masonry?

So i'm still stuck on this fancybox thing. I know the nav arrows and close buttons and all the other things are there. When I hover over them, they're there. Just can't see them.

Is masonry conflicting with this? I'm using masonry to display my work.

sounds to me like there is a line or two within the jquery for the fancy box which points to the directory the images are held. these need to be updated.
it if all works, just does not "appear" and the images are indeed in your images folder, then this i think would be the issue.
