How do you create a page tab in Facebook that has a unique name? I saw a screen capture in a magazine but I am not sure how it was done.

They have a tab that says, "About Marley Sporting Dog"
I have messed around with the FBML application but it puts the information in a page tab called, "Boxes" which I have not been able to rename.
