easy way to change text

I have me a simple website for a friend with html/css. She wants to be able to change the text.
What is the easiest solution? I was hoping to find an ftp program with a wysiwyg editor or something. any ideas?

I would look into Adobe Contribute. It does cost money, unless you find a free source (which you probably can do).

I would look at making the website compatible with a Content Management System. I have developed one called Furasta CMS and it would be very easy to get your design compatible with the CMS.

Going with what conor said, I'd also consider using Wordpress. It can be tweaked and skinned into looking like it's not WP at all and be a full featured site that is easier to update.

I have allready made the site, i don't want to make it again.
is it still possible to make it compatible with a cms?

Sorry for kicking but it's a relatively easy question for people with experience with cms's.
Can I make a finished site compatible with a cms?

it really depends on the cms you choose how hard it will be...

It will require some changes though. It's easy for me to say that it can be done but if you have no expierence what so ever with cmses then I can see how you could find it difficult.
