Hi! How can I create my own Drop Down Menu Navigation Button? What software and language to use? Can it be placed in Dreamweaver?

A simple however code bloated way of creating a drop down is via fireworks. Just pretty much fill in the blanks.

There are a lot of DHTML menus on the web for free. I would stay away from Flash menus unless SEO is not important to you.

I believe the Flash program has a tutorial for drop down menus in it, if that helps. I'm not much of a flash person.

use dhtml

Definitely Flash menu is not good unless the entire website is in Flash.
You can use numerous ready dropdown menu classes, e.g

this could be done using a simple html form in it's most basic form. there are various ways of accomplishing such a task, it all depends on what exactly you want.

in regards to dreamweaver: yes, it can be done.
