Dreamweaver multi computer use

Is there a way that I can manage a dreamweaver site and all it's assests including the template from two different computers?

I just need to make sure that I can work on the template and then it update all the files accordingly from two different computers?!

As long as you store the website files on a network share or an FTP where both computers can access it, you should be able to do it just fine.

but like when i click save in dreamweaver and it asks if i want to update all files based on that template will it know that they are based on that template since they weren't created on that computer?

This method will work just fine. I don't use Dreamweaver, but I do save everything to my shared folder so I can access and modify them on any computer in my office.

I haven't used Dw in a while, but from what I remember, it checks the modified date on the files to determine which ones to overwrite.

I tried it and i have to open every file before it realizes they are there, but once you open them it knows! So thanks you guys
