Hi Dr. Design,
I think your design needs to have more of a professional feel to it. Logo needs to be redesigned also needs more of a web 2.0 feel. If you can position the whole site higher, you can have the user avoid the unnecessary scroll. You may want to change the colours as well, as the turquoise colour gives an old technology look. The "call to action" definitely needs improvement as it doesn't look clickable. It's a neat site but needs improvement.
