CSS style sheets not working!

I am building my first website (I'm sure that line isn't overused at all) and I can't get my CSS style sheets to work. They did for awhile and then stopped! I am at my wits end and have tried and read everything I can find. Not sure if it's my code or something strange in Dreamweaver CS4.

Here is the site (please ignore the current content, as it is utter BS mixed with what is evolving into the actual content.):

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!!!
This site is updating M-F and will be up for the next week to three weeks.

let me guess the styles were working before you added a bunch of comments (<!-- Comment -->) into your code? Comments are helpful and I am not saying don't add them, just make sure you use the correct format in given areas.....

HTML: <!-- Comment -->
CSS: /* Comment */

The comments you have before each css style are breaking your css. Just switch the formatting to what I listed above and you will be golden.
