i like it, again on this one there needs a better "call to action" button. Text on right side should be richer.

mhh I looked into the source code but it seems you don't really understand (x)HTML. why do you wrap your menu items in <div> tags????

And not every thing is aligned with each other, so it dont give me a clean look, try to implement more breathing space between your elements, because it looks too busy
