I have designed a web site for my work. I want to create an email. I want the employees receive and send emails through my website.

I need your help
What should I put in my database?
How should I design it?

What language/database are you using ? If you are looking to supply your users with webmail why not use one of the many opensource systems out there ? A few examples are:

http://www.squirrelmail.org/

Save yourself the trouble of re-inventing the wheel...
