Complex site map/content development/SEO for industrial company

I'm redesigning a website for a family owned industrial products and services company. I need some help organizing all of the information and creating effective navigation and UX.

In brief: The company, Holly Pipe Corporation (current website: hollypipe.com) is a supplier of HDD and directional drilling tubulars, and tubular inspection services. In addition, the sister company, NST Corporation, provides machining services.

Any advice on how to organize these categories would be appreciated.
