cache?

i've updated my site, uploaded a new index.htm and deleted all the previous webpages. The site is mostly flash but when i goto www.nipponbotswana.com it still shows me the old index.htm the new one is www.nipponbotswana.com/index.htm why is this? i have cleared my cache and also tried it through a proxy and also from another system? is it maybe in the webservers cache or what?

Hi, yes that happens sometimes, I'm not sure, I think it's an Internet Explorer thing, since I've been using Firefox it hasn't happened.

your ISP may also have the site cached in order to provide better load times. *shrug*

try using another browser and see what happens.

the problem is not on the IE you use its on the site itself. you said that you change your site. try to use redirection for old and new url of your site... how do you check your site, on live or not?
