Building My First Sites (1 personal , 1 business)

could someone tell me a good beginner application to use for building a website? nothing too fancy, as i don't want to get bogged down with stuff i don't understand. i was considering Frontpage. is this pretty good for beginners, or is there something a little better? thanks for all your help!

frontpage is not a bad start if you already have the software. It is certainly very easy to use.

In my opinion, I think that Dreamweaver is about as easy to use as FrontPage. Besides, DW offers more, and won't get you started off using some of the bad habits that FrontPage does.

Dreamweaver is the best for begginers !!!
I used for the first ever site on a free server but there is 1 problem its either my comp or server the buttons take AGES to load
