Best place ot learn CSS?

I have spent a lot of time learning php and MySQL and feel very comfortable with it. I feel I can get my sites to do whatever I need them to now. My problem now is getting them to looking good. Where is a good site to use to help me learn CSS? Or, maybe a book you could recommend.

the other good "teacher" you can use is view source.

every time you find a site you like and believe they've used css to achieve something.
click view source and see whats there.

and if you've got firebug (or similar) installed, it will break it down for you even further.

I do that some but sometimes it's a headache trying to figure out what they have done.

As you learn more and become more comfortable with CSS it'll begin to be easier to see what they've done. I'd suggest getting to a point where you feel comfortable enough that you think you could put out a design you're really happy with before you try to learn too much from looking at page source. Because it can be alot to take in at first.
