Background Image Problems

Why is the background image (the splash of light - file: mbjsbk10.jpg) located in one location on the home page and another location on secondary pages.

I've placed the background image command in the body section of the code.

This site is built using the Wordpress CMS.

I don't use wordpress myself.. but perhaps your solution would help others that come across the same issue. Care to share with the class?
