Back Ground resize

I am building a website that has its content in a frame in the center of the page, my 2 problems are:-

How do I centre the frame for different screen resolutions.
Also how do I strech the background image to fit any screen resolutions.

Many thanks for any help I get.

Cheers

you can set frames to percentages instead of absolute sizes much like you would table cells and align them left, center, or right.

The background image, however, is a horse of a different color... the only ways I know of to "stretch" it is allowing it to tile ... or a javascript that will stretch it... I had one at one time but I can't remember the name of it, sorry. Either way causes mixed results. If it's stretched too much it will look pixelated, blurry, and out of proportion. Tiling may not work well either depending on the type of background image.
