Does anybody no of a application or program for a website that looks like a newspaper or newspaper article and I can put whatever info I want into it?

I don't know exactly what you want. I suggest you use a blog site instead. Blogger and Wordpress have magazine-type templates which you can use.

i don't really need a template I need a program or application add on? Can i do it with worldpress? Does anybody know how I can get a app or theme like this for free?
