Allowing visitors to design gra...

Hello everybody,
I would like to allow visitors/clients to design their own graphics on my site. Something that would allow them to choose size, upload pics or other graphics onto their new image, add text, colors, etc. (kind of like a simple gimp but through one of my sites). We have all seen this on other sites, but I am clueless on what or how to accomplish this.
Does anybody know of anything, be it program or script or whatever, that I could use to allow this. I would prefer not to go with a monthly or yearly subscription service but any help would be great.

That's something you're going to want to pay to have developed. It can be done using flash or HTML5 Canvas. I've heard mention of people doing things like that in ASP.net, though I can't speak to it.

i'd suggest canvas, but its not something for the faint hearted!

if they are just "skinning" the site as to personalise it, this is certainly possibly with some creative css/js - again tho not for the faint hearted...
