If a smaller window is 'crunching' up a menu, the only real option is to make the menu have less links or make the menu 'thinner' You could always have a drop down menu to help condense the number of items in the initial menu that is causing it to be "too wide" for some displays. I hope this...

I rarer ever read emails in my personal email account if I don't know who they are from. You may get better reactions by sending actual postal mail or a simple post card with a great deal on it these days. I rarely ever get postal "junk mail" anymore but I do tend to look through everything I get.

The site looks very nice but it seems like every other link I clicked on I received a loading screen and had to wait. This could deter a lot of people from navigating around your site.

The notepad that windows comes with sometimes does funky things to code. I don't like it. notepad++ is free and a lot better.

It may be easier to get a simple css layout and then cut up and apply your images to the layout. When I started out I located free themes that I liked the layout of then changed the images and text to my liking.
