I second ReverseEngineers comment about the white bg. It is...distracting the way the bg blends into the picture. I viewed it in Firefox and the text is not centered on the top or bottom in my browser. Again, that may be FF doing it.

Respectfully intended: I would politely suggest that there is too much information for the user to read on the home page. I would encourage you to put all the text/copy on the home page on a ABOUT US page. Give them buttons and pictures and a clean idea of what the site is for on the home...

Respectfully intended: For me, it seems too busy, I lean heavily towards simple focused sites that lead the eye to the source of the next move. I rarely put that much text on the home page, I save those articles for inner pages.
