You shouldn't make your website too wide. Some users might need to scroll horizontally to see everything, which isn't great for usability. Even ebay does not use such a wide page layout. Most designers use a 960 pixel width for optimum page width.

I'm not so sure your different fonts are working well together. It kind of bothers me to see sans serif, script, and serif fonts all together on one page. stick to just one or two different types of fonts. You can use more than one or two fonts, but make sure they actually go well together.

Your navigation buttons should match and they would be lined up neatly in a row somewhere easy to find. They're too scattered right now. Also, the image in your banner has nothing to do with clocks and doesn't match very well.

When you have the money to get better software, you could buy the student versions of photoshop and dreamweaver used if you want. those are some good software products for building websites. I recommend them. Don't buy them from adobe.com, though. they'll be more expensive there than on ebay and...
