W3schools & Search for tutorials. Become fimilar with Adobe such as photoshop, illustrator & image ready. When you get the basic's down you can move on to more advanced software.

You dont need to wrap anything. What software are you using? You can slice it in illustrator/imageready & recode it in dreamweaver. The CSS should be div's.

margin should be 0. I have same question as Pixel.

I prefer dreamweaver over FP & other's.

I like the theme your using, The nice part of the old was the easy-feel of light colors, with your new one its much more interactive & better looking but the dark takes away abt. Maybe add some white or bright color/tonesto header/footer.

It can be done with a large or small budget. Just check out your options, in the end you get what you pay for. Some firms like I work for do work under any-budget so just see whats available to you & fits your needs.
