Wordpress Question

Hello Everyone! I hope you are all having a pleasant day.

I am using WordPress to create a website for a church and at least 3 people need access to the admin area in order to make edits, write blogs, etc.

My question is, should all 3 people have the same password and login info or should it be the same with all 3 people? I think the passwords can be different but I don't know how to do this.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give to me. Thanks! :)

Create three users, with three different passwords and give them "Editor" privileges, nobody needs to be "Administrator" just to write or edit 'posts'.

Only one maybe two people should need "Admistration" rights.

If you use advanced access manager plugin, you can restrict that all the editors can't edit or delete each others posts as well or only have access to their category. ;)
