Petition script?

Does anybody know where I can find a FREE petition script that the admin would CONFIRM each signature, that way nobody signs the petition with fake names like "Batman", "James Bond", etc.? :D

theres lots of scripts that require u to make a username and account ect but i think that having the best one for the job would be by making your own
